In early 2018, I made a short film called “Seven Stages” with Bristol-based production company Calling the Shots as a part of the Arts Council England funded First Acts scheme.

My film brings together a drag king, played by Isabel Adomakoh Young, a working men’s club and a Shakespearean monologue to create a one-take statement about the theatrics of modern masculinity.

It premiered at Playback Festival 2018 and will be screening at the first ever Stroud Shakespeare Festival this June.
